Surface modification

1. Surface highlights.

a. The high gloss surface should be smooth and have mirror effect;

b. Slight machining marks are allowed on the non exterior surface of front die surface and internal parts.

c. Scratch, rust, spot and other defects are not allowed on the high gloss surface.

2. Surface decoration (EDM or sun exposure).

a. The grain should meet the design requirements, and the grain should be uniform and the side should be consistent with the surface.

b. Mutual accessories require the same grain（ (except those matched with cores)

3. Surface fonts.

a. The height of the surface font should meet the design requirements and be uniform.

b. Font width, size, density, number of words and position meet the requirements of film.

4. The core surface is decorated.

a. Generally, the core surface should be light-saving, without obvious spark lines and machining tool marks, except for special requirements.

b. The appearance of transparent rubber parts or assembled surface meets the design requirements.
